Production Process of Yuanwang™ Powder Polyether Defoamer
Polyether is used as the main active component. It is combined with silica and polydimethylsiloxane to enhance defoaming performance, also known as silicone antifoam powder.
Under heating, additives are added to prepare silicone paste and a stable polyether mixture.
The silicone paste is mixed with polyether. A high-shear emulsification process ensures a uniform and stable dispersion.
Drying & GranulationSpray drying and powder form technology convert the mixture into free-flowing powder granules.
Sieving & PackagingThe dried powder is sieved and then packed as the final product.

- For small containers, we can load up to 9.6 tons per shipment.

- Even beyond this period, the product remains safe to use, but we recommend reliable testing to ensure consistent quality.
