If a client approaches us directly, our first step is to check if they are on the shared customer list provided by our partner. If the client is on the list, we inform them that we cannot provide products or services directly and redirect them back to our partner.
In cases where the customer list is not shared, we ask about the brand they are currently using. If it matches the brands our partner purchases, we identify the client as our partner. We do not engage in any business with them. This process ensures that your exclusivity with your clients is maintained even if they approach us directly.
We always encourage our partners to share their customer lists with us. This method can avoid potential conflicts and to better protect their client relationships. If a client does not disclose their association with you, and we are unable to link them to you based on the information provided, we may consider cooperating with them.
